Why are you away?
In the month of October, I am getting married to my best friend and we are taking an extended honeymoon to Hawaii. On top of that, I am moving from Dubuque to Cedar Rapids to live with my soon-to-be husband. Therefore, due to these circumstances, I am taking the month of October off from Lovely Little Light and Lovely Wedding Co to have intentional time for relocation, rest, and celebration! About Lovely Little Light
I create art to infuse your home, heart, and closet to love deeply, spread a little joy, and be a light. I am a teacher, entrepreneur, and hand-lettering artist who is passionate about intentional gift-giving and encouraging women to be a light even through seasons of darkness. I believe that you were called to create a life that allows you to be a light exactly where you are in this moment - so you can be filled with joy and find rest in knowing you are fully loved and blessed with purpose.
On top of that, I love Jesus and want to use my creative gifts to glorify Him! Any product I ever create for you will always have a hand-drawn element - regardless of if it is apparel or business branding.

Making some canvas paintings as Christmas gifts years ago led me to discover a love for creating uplifting, meaningful pieces for people to wear, use daily or hang in their homes. Lovely Little Light was born out of this discovery and inspired by the bible verse Matthew 5:16, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." That is our mission: to help you love deeply, spread a little joy, and be a light.

About Lovely Wedding Co.
Lovely Wedding Co. was originally started as a sister company Lovely Little Light in the midst of planning our wedding out of a love for pretty details and a desire to serve other couples in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. We offer wedding signage rentals, unique custom keepsakes, and calligraphy services to ensure that even the smallest details of your wedding day are a beautiful picture of the love you share.
