Calling all young makers! The Kids Creators Club is a monthly art + craft experience designed for kids who love to create, try new things, and make with their hands. Hosted in a cozy, in-home studio setting in Dubuque, this 6-month club is all about building confidence through creativity while exploring exciting hands-on projects together.
 
Each month, kids in the club will dive into a new creative project, from colorful punch needle art to painting, hand-knitting, clothing embroidery, and even making their own ornaments and plaster art pieces. It’s the perfect blend of fun, friendship, and artistic exploration!

Schedule: 
👧 Grades 6–8: Tuesdays -- July 22, Aug 12, Sept 9, Oct 14, Nov 11, Dec 9
⏰ Time: 6:00–8:00 PM

About the Instructor: 
Donna Schmitt is a technology teacher at Carver Elementary in Dubuque. She has taught in the district for over 20 years. As a art minor and math major with masters degrees in Educational Technology and Talented and Gifted (TAG), she works daily to develop creativity in students from a young age through the skills of collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.
