Shipping Policy

I gladly accept returns and ex changes on items that are not customized. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Non-custom items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. 

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for 
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale 

Return & Exchange Policy
I will send photos via email of the finished product before shipping if it is a custom order, therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your item, I will ask that you pay an additional shipping fee to send replacement products, unless there are special circumstances. If you do not respond to the photo email within 24 hours, the seller will assume the item is correct and will be shipped.

Please let me know if you see a mistake I made in this photo, I will correct it! However, if I followed your instructions clearly and there was a mistake in your instructions (ex. you misspelled a name/date when you sent it to me or didn't tell me the correct color) then an additional fee may be asked for to correct the error.

Due to the custom nature of my items and the confirmation of items by photo before shipping, returns are not allowed.

However, please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way with the product you receive in any way. I will do my best to help make it right!
